One of my relatives went through thyroid operation recently. After surgery Biopsy test was conducted? Now Serum Thyroglobulin test looks like this (Normal ranges up to 55 ng/ml) but our patient's result is 245.00 ng/ml.What does this mean? Is this dangerous?

It's not likely that many people on this board know very much about thyroid conditions. What we have in common is lung cancer. You might try an internet search on Serum Thyroglobulin test. Good luck.
