I'm glad your mom had some good news. I'm not sure about the chemo unless she is doing maintenance chemotherapy or something like Tarceva or Crizotinib, a targeted therapy that keeps the cancer at bay. I can't comment unless I know more but what I do know is that you are an incredible daughter who loves her mom.
Keep loving her and supporting her. It's ok to let her know you are sad or scared- but that you are ready and willing to fight beside her and help her in anyway you can.
Let her know it's ok to lean on you too.
And when you feel alone and need to vent and need to lean on someone, come here. We've been there and we will be here for you.
