Lori Hope, author of "Help Me Live: 20 Things People With Cancer Want You To Know," which Jimmie Holland, MD calls "superb," is compiling further confidential data from individuals with different forms of cancer by asking them to complete a survey. The survey has been reviewed by Stanford University's David Spiegel, MD and other respected experts.
Lori is looking to women and men with different forms of cancer to take the survey, but mens' responses are particularly welcomed since their response rate to date has been lower than women's.
If you are a person with cancer and are interested in participating in this survey, or if you are reading this e-mail and know anyone with cancer who would like to take the survey, please click on the link below (or copy and paste it in your browser). It will take 5 to 10 minutes to complete, depending on how much information survey takers choose to share, and responses are needed prior to December 13th.
