Frank Sierawski, general director of Union Pacific Railroad, is a 10+ year late-stage lung cancer survivor who has been the beneficiary of biomarker testing and breakthrough technologies. Frank actively advocates for LUNGevity and the ALK+ lung cancer community and calls on industry, regulators, and fellow patients to challenge the status quo and explore what’s possible. He received a BSBA in accounting from Creighton University and an MBA from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
