Novartis Oncology Director, ESG & Health Equity Policy Vikki is responsible for the development, alignment, and engagement of the North America Public Affairs strategic plan for Environment, Social, Governance (ESG) and Health Equity policy priorities and principles. Additionally, Vikki fosters relationships and collaborates with external stakeholders for alignment in shaping the healthcare environment to ensure equitable and quality healthcare. This includes advocating for legislative and regulatory policies that improve health outcomes for underrepresented populations. Vikki has worked for Novartis for over 20 years. Her expansive career has included working in areas such as Market Access, C-Suite Development, Integrated Systems of Care and Public Affairs. She has worked passionately advocating for sustainable polices across disease areas such as oncology, SCD, cardiovascular and rare diseases to ensure health equity for all patients. Vikki leads numerous corporate Diversity & Inclusion initiatives and serves on a host of boards and committees focused on marginalized communities.
