We are now accepting applications for travel grants to attend the 2023 HOPE/COPE Summit.
To be eligible you must: (a) be a patient/survivor, (b) be a first-time attendee, and (c) have a financial need.
Apply early!
Limited travel grants are still available. Grants will be awarded on a rolling basis while funds last.
Tip: Since the number of full travel grants is very limited, the best way to ensure you can attend the conference is to participate in the Survivor Challenge.
How it works
Full travel grants will cover round-trip US transportation and two nights of hotel accommodation to attend the HOPE Summit.
If you apply for a travel grant, you must make your own room reservation for the two-night stay of HOPE Summit directly with the hotel (booking information will be posted when available). You will need to leave a credit card to hold the reservation, but your card will not be charged if you are awarded a grant. Our travel coordinator will be in touch to book flight reservations for those who receive a grant.
If you are awarded a travel grant, you must agree to submit a written summary of what you learned at the conference no later than May 15, 2023.
